Kevin Reardon


With more than 30 years of experience in marketing, Kevin’s forte and passion is brand and creative strategy. Over the years he’s helped develop successful, integrated brand development campaigns for a wide range of clients, in industries including tourism, CPG, education, health, financial services, non-profit, entertainment and household goods, in both B2B and B2C categories. Prior to starting Advertising Savants, Kevin managed the Southwest Airlines account at GSD&M in Austin, TX and the Southwestern Bell business at Gardner Advertising in St. Louis, MO.

After more than three decades in advertising, Kevin knows there is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come.

Ashley Harrison

Account Director

An AdSavants member since 2007, Ashley brings her commitment and professionalism to several of the agency’s better-known clients, including Delta Dental of Missouri and the Saint Louis Zoo. From brand strategy and development to research and new business development, Ashley is a significant contributor to the continued success of our agency and clients. Her broad-ranging experience includes healthcare, education, nonprofit and pet care clients.

Ashley’s philosophy is do it with passion or not at all.

Tia Liston

Creative Director/Art Director

After successful stints at several prominent St. Louis area agencies, Tia joined AdSavants in 2000. Today she continues to bring her strong leadership and conceptual skills to our creative team, demonstrating her dedication to client brand development through emotionally compelling creative. Tia’s work for clients including Penn Racquet Sports, Volvo and Mitsubishi Electronics has been recognized by Archive, Print and Communication Arts magazines.

Advertising keeps growing, and Tia believes in growing with it. When she’s not attending client meetings she’s taking college courses in subjects like web design and graphics.

Ray McAnallen

Creative Director/Writer/Producer

Ray brings to AdSavants more than 30 years of experience on a long list of major brands including Anheuser Busch, Frito-Lay and Phillips Petroleum. He created and directed award-winning work for DMB&B Advertising, Schupp Co. Advertising and Tracy-Locke in Dallas, Texas, before taking the reins at the in-house creative departments at Brown Shoe Company and Maritz Inc. Ray joined our team not once, but twice—in 1999, and again in 2010. (We’re happy he missed us.)

When Ray isn’t making advertising, he’s making music. In fact, he’s written and recorded the soundtracks for several of our Saint Louis Zoo ads.

Jim Palumbo

Strategic Planner

Former President of Waylon Ad and Worldwide Account Director for Anheuser-Busch at DMB&B, Jim joined AdSavants in 2014 as a strategic planning and development team member. In addition to his U.S. and global work on A-B, Jim has a wealth of national, regional and local experience in brand positioning, marketing strategy and creative development. His work includes entertainment, beverage, financial, healthcare, sports and environmental categories, on brands such as Budweiser, Discovery Cove, Bank of America, Mercy and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Jim believes a spirited team is the key to success. “It’s all about creating mutual respect— success is most likely to happen when no one cares who gets credit.”

Melissa Hartrich

Account Manager

Melissa joined AdSavants in 2015, bringing with her years of consumer marketing experience in both creative and account management. Working with a variety of clients, she’s developed considerable expertise in content marketing and brand development in industries including financial, household goods, hospitality and nonprofit.

A former creative director, Melissa was drawn to account service through her work in content development and social media. She officially “switched hats” when she joined us.

Courtney Turner

Account Manager

Courtney energetically and efficiently manages the day-to-day activities of our clients, coordinating projects with internal teams, as well as with our clients and their teams. She started with AdSavants as an account coordinator in 2014 and has been rising through the ranks, gaining valuable experience with our healthcare and nonprofit clients along the way.

During college, Courtney was active in student government. We’re glad she traded political campaigns for ad campaigns.

Andrea Sims

Digital Manager

Andrea plans, implements, optimizes and reports on all of our digital marketing campaigns. She also manages and maintains company websites for a variety of our clients, ensuring that their SEO and overall user experiences are top-notch. After a brief stint working in nonprofit and healthcare marketing, she discovered her destiny creating effective, online brand experiences for an agency with the same initials as hers.

Andrea says she chose a career in advertising after her dreams of becoming an international pop star were crushed, due to the fact that she has no singing ability whatsoever. While we appreciate her digital talents, we have yet to experience her rendition of “Let It Go.”

Crystal Doyle


Crystal came to AdSavants in 2016, assuming a unique position within our agency (and an equally unique title). She helps our brand creative live and breathe in alternative marketing channels by creating and producing promotional and event videos, email communication and social and digital content.

Crystal is not only a talented storyteller; she’s also an award-winning one. (She even has the ribbon from her third-grade teacher to prove it!)

Mary Klobe


Mary joined AdSavants in 2000, bringing in-depth financial expertise working with large, national, nonprofit organizations and advertising/marketing agencies. Her extensive, hands-on experience in set up and implementation of accounting and financial management systems benefits our agency in a wealth of ways, including streamlining our financial and operational systems and procedures, account analysis and forecasting and budgeting revenue and expenses.

She may be a numbers guru at work, but in her free time Mary is an avid reader and lover of word games.

Karen Boes-DeCampi

Senior Project Manager

With over 25 years experience in project coordination and production management, for brands including Jack Daniels, Hollywood Candy and CPI, Karen knows what it takes to get a project done. Since 2007 she’s been making sure things get done at AdSavants. She’s an important reason we consistently deliver on time and on budget—and look good while doing it.

Karen is a big soccer fan. Her favorite soccer teams? Whichever ones her son and daughter are playing on.

Roxane Hewitt


When Kevin opened the door at AdSavants, Roxane was the first employee to walk through it. She had worked her way to account director when she left to focus on family. She then rejoined AdSavants in 2013, and now assists in the management of agency operations and specific client marketing activities.

One of Roxane’s favorite agency roles was playing a naked mole rat in a radio spot for the Saint Louis Zoo.
